If only all trades were this dependable! Thermoflux answered when I called, arrived when they said they would, did the work promptly, tidily and professionally and then accurately invoiced me what they quote for. It sounds simple but so many others seem to struggle with these basics.

Will is quite simply the best in the business! He has done a number of major (and minor) projects for me over the past 3 years including the design and installation of a new bathroom; removal of a gas fire; re-connection of a gas hob; and installation of a new boiler. Will came in and moved my boiler from the kitchen to a room upstairs and ran all new pipe work. He removed the old hot water cylinder and installed a new Megaflow tank under the stairs, along with a water softener. All of the pipe work is perfect, neat and clean. Will has been spot on throughout the job, was happy to do some additional work too. I can certainly recommend Will, he is precise, neat, punctual and polite. Thanks very much Will.

Will and Damion are extremeely tidy, polite and have done numerous jobs both large and small for us over the last 4 years. But they have always worked late to get the job finished. We would always go to Will if we had a problem like today when Will came round in 10 mins to stop a big water leak from a radiator. Thanks!
